Summary

A single parchment folium containing chants from the Office of St. Cecilia, notated with black square notation on four-line staves, with an early C-clef. Rubricated headings and simple red-ink initials. The chants include responsories, responsory verses, and antiphons with cadential markers and psalm cues.

Description

The folio preserves a sequence of chants for the Office of St. Cecilia. On the recto are responsory verses and antiphons. Additional responsory verses follow. Several psalm cues appear without musical notation. On the verso are a series of antiphons and responsories, as well as responsories with verses.
The folio's recto and verso were previously mislabeled by the library, but are presented here in their correct order.
