Binding: Leather over boards; brass bosses, catches and clasps (1 missing), paper underneath brass bosses; manuscript waste pastedowns from a psalter. Front pastedown begins and ends imperfectly "a[n]i[m]am mea[m], irrerunt in me fortes. Neq[ue] iniq[ui]tas mea ... et fame[n] patientur ut canes, et circuibunt." Rear pastedown begins and ends imperfectly "-num, sicut vive[n]tes sic in ira absorbet eos ... et de viris sanguinu[m] sal-".
