- The music and text for this chant incipit are almost completely obscured, but close examination of the Benedictus antiphon for "Dom. per annum" (PL-WRu 503, 35r) suggests that this is indeed Cantus ID 001720 with a mode of 6 and G6 differentia. Pitches over "in ceteris," can barely be discerned as a-a-f-ga-g-fg (G6). Note that each of the Sundays of Advent begin with this same antiphon, which (as already mentioned) is also the first antiphon in the ferial office "Dom. per annum." Later in the manuscript, the same antiphon is often followed by "cum ceteris." Various sources indicate the same Benedictus antiphon (001720) before the Vespers responsory "Ecce dies venient", including D-KNd 215, 11r; DK-Kk 3449 8o [01] I; and 1r; A-Wda D-4, 3r.
