- Indexing Notes
- The chant is partly hard to read because of the bad condition of the manuscript, especially the music at "et linivit...meos". Some notes are only seen from the manuscript from the special angle and with a special light. The handwriting is not same as in the folio before when comparing the f-clefs. There are two notes, on [Lu]tum and [vi]di, which could also be interpreted as a reiteration (compare to Gradual de Rouen Ms Lat 00904, f. 69v). Only the visible pitches are included in the transcription. This chant is the most deviated chant in the manuscript, since it is written in the first mode. Most of the sources have this chant in sixth mode. Two sources are close to this version: one from the National Library Finland (F.m.I.14) and one from Rouen (Ms Lat 00904). Two sources, CH-P 18 and F-Pn : NAL 01235 (Graduale Nivernensis) also have this chant in the first mode, but with a variation closer to each other than Rouen and I.26.
