- Indexing Notes
- The syllable "-de" has been moved in the MS to align with the melisma. The S-shaped neumes on tu[am] and [con]cu[pivit] indicate an ascending melody with some sort of ornament or liquescent. The interpretation of this neume remains ambiguous since the neume does not appear in a consistent way in this manuscript. On the whole, the neume could be there to signify pes stropha, pes quilisma, pes liquescent or just a non-ornamental pes. On tu[am] the neume could signify a pes quilisma (see also Graduale Triplex) since there is a virga after the neume and thus it might not be a liquescent.
