- Initial appears to be a B rather than a P. The notes on sicut have been erased away, likely by a human hand since the lines of the staff are only partially gone. The shapes of the notes can still be seen and the transcription is done according to them as the pitches are exactly the same as in Graduale Triplex, CH-P 18 and D-Gsta AB III 9.
