- Psalter, one leaf, English? 15th century. No musical notation. 220 x 145 mm, writing surface 150x90 mm.

Single leaf from a psalter or Book of Hours. 24-25 lines, ruled in what appears to be dilute ink; rulings marking out main writing area extend into margins.
No contemporary folliation, but there is a modern "818" (in pencil) in lower right corner of recto, with an annotation "this side".Northern Textualis with some English characteristics (e.g. the use of double-bow a only after e and at word openings); small round lombards, alternating blue and red, for each psalm verse.
Part of Psalm 119; liturgical use not specified.
Described by McGill Library in 2018 as follows:
"One leaf, on vellum, in latin. 15th century, probably English. 220x145 mm., writing surface 150x090 mm., one column, 24 lines, brown ink, lined. In gothic characters. Two two-line initials in blue ink surrounded by red ink drawn bars and curlicues extending into the margin. Numerous capitals in alternating blue and red ink.
