The first part of this chant is on CDN-WAdl MS Medieval 01 (fragment). The notation begins at the word "veri". The psalm cue is for Vulgate Ps 20, the last psalm of 9 in Matins following the cathedral cursus for one martyr, and the red "lc vii" indicates that what follows is Lectio VII (seventh lesson)l. Together with the context and ordering of chants on fragment 01, it is a safe assumption that this is the last antiphon of the 3rd nocturn.
