- Single parchment leaf with square notation and F and C clefs on red 4-line staves. Northern Textualis Quadratus script with one large red initial. Has sustained damage and has paper remains adhered to recto side. Size of 385 x 237 mm with a principal writing-space of 375 x 215 mm.

Purchased May 15, 2023 from Chancery Hill Books and Antiques by the DRAGEN Lab at St. Jerome's University College, affiliated with the University of Waterloo. Fragment shows Alleluia and sequence for the feast of St Anne.
Included description by the bookseller indicates it may derive from the low countries, mid fifteenth century. A seventeenth- or eighteenth-century hand has written "Rapports II" in the spine area of the recycled binding, suggesting a date of recycling.
